Terikka Faciane, M.Ed., helps Christian women in their second season of life discover who they are, name what they carry, and build what God has placed within them.
As founder of It’s Time’s The Clear School, she has spent more than two decades guiding others through the inner work of identity, message, and calling, equipping them to bring their God-given assignment to life with intention and clarity.
Through the Tribe-Reach Ecosystem framework, Terikka helps Messengers move from scattered ideas to a clear, connected ecosystem that allows their message to consistently reach and serve the people they are called to.
Some begin with self-guided resources like "Are You Ready to Reach Your Tribe?" Guide, the Tribe-Reach Ecosystem Workbook, or the Ecosystem Clarity Course, while others choose direct support through Tribe-Reach Advisory sessions and Labs that help turn clarity into practical systems, content, and digital spaces.
Whether through guided resources or hands-on support, the goal is the same: helping Messengers build a clear, God-aligned ecosystem that carries their message and serves their tribe well.
Choose the level of support that fits your next step in the Tribe-Reach process.
Tribe-Reach Discovery Call (A conversation to discern what kind of clarity or support you need next.)
This call is for the Christian leader who feels called to reach their people, but isn't yet sure what kind of support they need to move forward well.
You know something needs greater clarity, structure, or support, but you may not yet know what the issue is or what kind of help would best serve you.
The Tribe-Reach Discovery Call is a focused 30-minute conversation designed to help you talk through where you are, identify the primary challenge you're trying to address, and determine an appropriate next step.
You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. That's what this conversation is designed to help uncover.
What We’ll Do Together
In this 30-minute discovery conversation, we’ll:
- Talk through what is prompting you to seek support right now
- Identify the primary area where you feel unclear, stuck, or ready to move
- Consider what you’ve already clarified, created, or put in place
- Identify what may need greater clarity before you move forward
- Determine what kind of support, if any, would best serve your next step
This is an orientation conversation, not a comprehensive ecosystem assessment. If what you're carrying requires us to step back and examine multiple interconnected pieces, Ecosystem Clarity Mapping may be the appropriate next step.
After the Call
You’ll leave with greater clarity about what you're actually trying to address and what your appropriate next step may be.
Depending on what surfaces, I may recommend:
- A self-guided Tribe-Reach resource
- Ecosystem Clarity Mapping if you need help seeing and making sense of the larger ecosystem
- Ecosystem Lab Time if you already have clarity and need focused support with a defined piece
- Additional clarity or developmental work before building
- Another resource or direction that better fits what you need
And sometimes the recommendation may simply be: you have what you need to move forward from here.
The purpose of this call is not to move you automatically into another Tribe-Reach service. It is to help you identify the next appropriate step.
Not Sure Whether This Is the Right Place to Begin?
The Discovery Call is a good fit if you're thinking:
“I know I need some help, but I'm not sure what kind yet.”
If you already know that your challenge is making sense of several interconnected pieces of your work, you may be ready to begin with Ecosystem Clarity Mapping instead.
If you already know exactly what you need to work on and want focused advisory support with that specific piece, Ecosystem Lab Time may be the better fit.
Late Policy
There is a five-minute grace period for this 30-minute session.
If you join late, the call will still end at the originally scheduled time. This allows me to honor your time as well as appointments and commitments that follow yours.
