The Tribe-Reach Ecosystem Clarity Mapping Experience helps you step back from the individual pieces and see the ecosystem they are creating together.

This isn't a build session. It's the clarity work that helps you know what actually needs to be built.

• You've built pieces over time, but the overall ecosystem feels scattered or difficult to explain.
• You're unsure what belongs together, and what may need its own container.
• You can see several possible next moves but don't know which deserves your attention now.
• You want clarity before investing more time, money, or energy into building.

Your Mapping Experience Includes

Before We Meet

You'll complete a short Ecosystem Clarity Intake that gives me a picture of what you're carrying, what's already in motion, and where you're experiencing friction.

I'll review your intake and up to three relevant links or resources before our session so we don't have to spend our time together starting from scratch.

During Our 90-Minute Session

Together, we'll look across your ecosystem to identify:

• What currently exists and what role each piece is playing
• What naturally belongs together, and what may need distinction
• Where there are gaps, overlaps, friction, or unnecessary complexity
• What is already working and worth strengthening
• What deserves your attention now, next, and later

This is a working advisory conversation. You don't need to arrive with everything organized or figured out.

After Our Session

I'll take what we've uncovered and translate it into your personalized Ecosystem Clarity Map, including your prioritized next-step recommendations.

You'll leave with greater clarity around what you have, how the pieces connect, what needs attention, and where to move next.

Your map is yours to use whether you continue building independently or choose additional Tribe-Reach support.

A Note About Scope

Ecosystem Clarity Mapping is a strategic clarity experience, not a comprehensive technology audit or implementation session.

We won't rebuild every platform, page, offer, or system during this engagement. If your map reveals something that needs to be built, refined, or connected, you'll know exactly what that work is, and can determine the best way to move forward.

Before Your Session

Once your booking is complete, you'll receive the link to complete your Tribe-Reach Ecosystem Clarity Intake.

Please submit your completed intake no later than 48 hours before your scheduled session. Your responses give me the opportunity to review what you're carrying, become familiar with the pieces of your ecosystem, and prepare thoughtfully for our work together.

You must complete the intake by the 48-hour deadline for your scheduled session. If your intake is not received by the deadline, the session will be forfeited, and a new booking will be required.

You don't need to have everything figured out before completing the intake. Bring the pieces as they are.

Late Policy

There is up to a 10-minute grace period for this 90-minute session.

If you join late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time so that I can honor the appointments and commitments that follow yours.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your booking reserves dedicated time on my calendar specifically for you. Because that time is no longer available for others to book, session payments are non-refundable.

I understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and your payment may be transferred to a new appointment time.

• One reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice is permitted at no additional charge.
• Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
• Missed appointments without notice are considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
• A second rescheduling request will require a new booking.
