You don't need to know Human Design before working with me. 

My offerings are designed to meet you where you are, whether you're just beginning to explore your Design or you've been studying it for years.

You don't need to memorize your chart or understand all the terminology.

We'll explore your Design in ways that are practical, understandable, and relevant to what you're experiencing in your life right now.

My intention isn't to tell you what decisions to make or how you should live your life.

Instead, I use Human Design and the other practices I work with as tools for exploration, reflection, and self-understanding.

I want to help you notice what resonates for you, experiment with what you discover, and develop greater trust in your own inner guidance.

Less outsourcing and more self-trust is the overall goal. ♡

I don't use Human Design as a system for predicting your future or telling you what is going to happen.

I see it as an invitation to become more aware of your unique energetic patterns, ways of making decisions, strengths, conditioning, and possibilities for growth.

Rather than asking, “What is going to happen to me?” we can explore questions like:

• “What am I noticing?”
• “What feels true for me?”
• “What happens when I experiment with this?”

You don't have to adopt a particular belief system to explore your Human Design.

I encourage curiosity rather than requiring belief.

You can learn about your chart, notice what resonates, experiment with what interests you, and decide for yourself what feels useful and meaningful.

You'll receive the information you need for your particular offering, including any next steps, scheduling details, forms, or preparation instructions.

For services that include a live session, you'll receive the appropriate appointment information.

Some services also include recordings, follow-up support, or additional materials as described on their individual booking pages.

My intention is to offer loving, grounded support as you come home to yourself -- to create space for you to slow down, listen within, and reconnect with the part of you that already knows more than you may realize.

Life happens.

Along the way, we can become influenced by expectations, experiences, relationships, responsibilities, and ideas about who we're supposed to be.

Little by little, we can lose touch with our own inner knowing and begin looking outside ourselves for the answers.

We may find ourselves overthinking, second-guessing, or feeling disconnected from what we truly want, need, or feel.

My work is about creating space to Notice, Attune, Align, Act and Be your Authentic Self in the world. ♡

Through Human Design, coaching, creative practices, energy work, and other tools I’ve gathered along my own journey, I invite you to slow down, become curious about yourself, and explore what feels true for you.

I'm not here to tell you who you are or what you should do.

I'm here to support you in cultivating self-trust, embodying your truth, and finding your own way forward, with greater clarity, connection, playfulness, and appreciation for the unique person you came here to be.

Less outsourcing and more self-trust is the ultimate goal, along with setting aside any need to force something to happen, and more coming home to who you are deep down inside. ♡

Since 2008, I've been a Certified Quantum-Touch® Practitioner and taught the QT Level 1 Workshop for a total of 17 years as a Certified Quantum-Touch® Instructor as well as receiving a Bachelor of Metaphysical Science from the University of Metaphysics in Sedona and certifying as a Metaphysical Minister and Holistic Life Coach.

Human Design is a fun way to help you begin remembering the awesomeness you have within you and the life you intended to live when you were born here on Planet Earth! 

It's impacted my life to such a degree that it's part of my everyday world now.

I love sharing it and allowing my own Design to continually draw me back home to the heart of who I am.

I'm here to help you do the same for yourself as well, according to your own energetic blueprint, in your relationships (with self and others), in your vocation, in your personal well-being (physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally and aetherically), and do so in grounded, logical, playful ways (serendipitous, "magical" or "miracle-producing" ways)!

From toddlerhood, I've been able to access the Quantum Field of Light.

I've been interested in the colors of the rainbow, auras, crystals, faeries, chakras, the Chinese I'Ching, iridology, essential oils, personal wellness and well-being, quantum field energies, the Kabbalah, spiritual intuitive card readings, merkabah activation, among other esoteric information, so much so, that when I heard about the Human Design System, I was immediately drawn to it.

It combines together many of the singular elements that I was already interested in and synergizes the information to such a degree that it's very helpful in supporting one's personal well-being in life.

Being immersed in it and figuring out how to present it for you in up-lifting, playful and understandable ways, along with other potentially "magical"/"miracle-producing", subtle energy techniques (depending on how focused you get with them) has been my determination since I began my studies of the Human Design System in late 2011.

When I first began studying and applying the energies of my Human Design in my life, clear back at the beginning of 2012, my husband made the comment that this was the first thing that I'd focused on learning about that he could get on board with, because he could see that my emotional state was more calm and I was becoming more confident and mindful in my actions.

My husband is a very logical-minded individual in his Design, so this is lovely feedback for us all!

I have mostly creative and abstract energy in my Design, but with a left-brain focus (very fascinating in-deed), so the Human Design System is a huge help for me!

Human Design provides a foundational "anchor point" to who I truly am deep down inside, so I can be mindfully aware, at the conscious level, and continually bring myself back home to the Heart and Soul of who I am, and love mentoring others who are interested and committed to their Heart in doing the same for themselves, as well.

As a Gemini and 6/3 Emotional Manifestor in the Human Design System, I love adding what I've learned to the "buffet on my table", so to speak.

When I began really taking a look at the Human Design System, I was able to add what I'd already found to be valuable to bring in to my daily life and combine it with the elements that are present within Human Design.

Some of the other subtle energy elements that I've synergized within the Human Design System in my life and for my clients and students are Quantum-Touch® energy lightwork, supporting well-being through the seasonal changes (Chinese I'Ching and meridian energy systems -- super helpful), Vimala Alphabet System (for self-empowerment), Spiritual Mind Science (walking through life in a meditative way), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) via the Quantum Alignment™ System, chakra energies, The Art of Manifesting Method™ in conjunction with all of the above, plus spiritually-focused shaman work (zero stimulants - that's probably gonna come up somewhere along the way - keep an ear out for it if you want to know more), to name a few...

This creates an experience that you literally cannot and will not find anywhere else in the world!

I love offering innovative ways of experiencing personal development, and synergizing all these elements, along with other playful instruments, that allows you to have a way to experience You Being You in ways that you may never have brought to mind before.
